The annual meeting provided a brief update of the Field Club financial. The Board would like to keep the members up to date with respect to our finances.  Jim Girotti continues to do an excellent job managing the club's expenses for us.  He and his team successfully closed down the tennis and snuggery for the winter and got our paddle courts, including the new court 5, ready for this paddle season.  Our cash position remains excellent and the Club is financially positioned to continue to make capital improvements suggested by the capital committee without the need for any current increase in dues or assessments.

I want to thank everyone who has paid their annual dues.  I'd also like to encourage everyone who has not yet signed up for e-billing to take a moment and email jsmiegel@aaron-smith-cpa.com to sign up for e-billing. This will not only keep costs lower for your Club, but will also make it easier for you (and do a bit to help save natural resources, as well).
